Hello, I’m Jesse! I am part of a Super Small Business Digital Solutions Team. Our courageous and fierce leader has a super contactless digital solution to save small businesses from the pandemic assault.

Here I am, the courageous and fierce leader fighting for small businesses to survive and thrive through this pandemic! I’m Margaret Jackson (MJ), I am the founder of the Small Business Concierge Communications & Digital Media (SBCCDM). I am also known as Bay Area/Silicon Valley’s #1 Small Business Radio Personality on AM 1220 KDOW & iHeart Radio. We have watched small businesses suffer and lose hope for their business future because of COVID-19. We could not stand by and watch small businesses keep closing their doors.

So we did something about it. My team and I have designed contactless digital solutions to keep your products, services, videos, and more in front of your customers. We guide you on using our tools and help you develop your marketing, advertising, and branding intelligence to break through the barrier of the resistance of business growth in this pandemic.  

The world is opening back up, but safety and health have become more critical than ever. COVID-19 has forced a change in the economic paradigm creating shifts in business openings and closures, constant ebbs, and flows of COVID-19 cases in the United States slowing the ability to buy and sell products and services. Small businesses are not only concerned but are financially stressed due to low to no sales. A market that has been severely impacted by COVID-19. “More than half of all small business owners in the United States warn that the coronavirus crisis could make it tough to stay afloat, according to a new poll indicating that scores of small businesses are still grappling with lingering financial trouble amid an economic crisis that has already forced tens of thousands of firms to close” (Walsh, 2020).  

The SBCCDM realizes that the dependency is on small businesses surviving and thriving in the short term to successfully sell its products and services. The short-term market condition directly impacts the medium and long-term market conditions. “Using digital tools is no longer an admin task, it’s business-critical and has a direct impact on whether a business will survive” (Xero, 2020). With a digital perspective in mind, the SBCCDM B2B small business customer is identified by Who (existing small businesses pre-Covid 19), Why (fighting for a sustainable future), and How (using the SBCCDM digital tools and resources) and applying the digital online strategies to their business survival mix.
