We conducted an experiment on the drying effect of Ranvoo in comparison to two other brands in the same condition. Three identical towels, wetted with the same amount of water on the same spot, were respectively hung on three different towel warmers which were turned on at the same time to start heating. The bathrooms in many houses are small and damp, which causes the towels in the bathrooms to stay in a damp state for a long time, which is easy to breed bacteria and produce odors. Electric towel rack can solve this problem. However, traditional products have a very large volume and weight. It takes up a lot of space to install it in the bathroom, which is difficult to use. We think that the most reasonable design of the electric towel rack should have the same volume and convenience as a standard towel rack. We have adopted an unprecedented “carbon fiber tube + fan + ultraviolet + infrared sensor”- an innovative technical solution that has reached the smallest volume on the market and does not take up young people’s bathroom space. Its power is only 130W, and it only takes two hours to dry towels, while the power of other products is at least 200W and the drying time is as long as 3 to 4 hours. Each time it is used, it can save at least 0.34 kWh of electricity compared to other products.

Our R&D team has done more than 50 air duct simulations, produced more than 30 prototypes, and verified 8 different solutions. Finally, 15 months later, we were able to launch our products on Kickstarter.
