Story

The ability for real-estate, mortgage and insurance companies to convert marketing leads and leads in their database into sales remains one of the top 10 problems in the industry, reducing effective growth and profitability.

The Founder of REN, Isaiah Colton experienced this struggle first hand as he made efforts to scale his first company. His first company was a brokerage with a unique broker-to-broker referral platform. This business grew at a 1500% growth rate in 3 years without any venture capital. To operate his company he had to sign up with endless services and applications and many of them did not communicate with each other, leading to fragmentation in data, metrics, information and industry professional services. He also noticed that several of his peers in the industry that also operated a brokerage faced the same issues.

Most small to medium sized businesses don’t have staff dedicated to manage performance, technology, and marketing. This coupled with a gap in a strong sales and marketing system inhibits companies ability to grow and still be profitable.

With this personal experience and some shifts in the marketplace affecting the scalability of his other business, Isaiah and his team decided to develop a technology and professional services platform to fix this issue. This lead to the development of Real Estate Nexus ( REN)

Officially Launched in 2019, Real Estate Nexus is a technology and marketing platform designed to service realtors, loan officers and insurance agents, with a variety of interwoven SAAS applications to solve the technology fragmentation and sales growth problems in the industry. REN’s mission is to offer a comprehensive service platform with Artificial Intelligence that addresses each part of a real estate professional’s core business. To bring simplicity, REN breaks those services down into a business process using five key components of the sales and marketing funnel: lead generation, lead conversion, database management, brand building, and optimization. REN Technology- At the core of the business is our proprietary technology platform which is built to be the center point or dashboard application for our clients business. Managing a database for a Real Estate Agent, and finding ways to monetize that database at lower cost, is one of the most important activities for the long-term predictable results most Agents are looking for. Current technology fragmentation and a lack of database management provides these Agents with inconsistent results.
