– Structure and Materials: £15,400 – £70,650 for the floating platform, quality wood, insulation, and interior furnishings.

– Labor Costs: £7,700 – £23,100 for skilled labor, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers.

– Design and Planning: £3,540 – £9,900 for custom architectural and engineering plans.

– Permits and Regulations: £1770 – £6,850 to obtain necessary permits and adhere to local regulations.

– Additional Features: £6,450 – £13,300 for outdoor decking, lighting, and safety features.

– Transportation and Installation: £7,700 – £15,000 for transporting and securing the structure.

However, our passionate consulting  team’s expertise in architecture, construction, and wellness equips us to handle these hurdles effectively. Thankfully I’m pooling close friends and family for additional vision on this mission. We have detailed plans and contingency strategies in place to address potential obstacles, ensuring we stay on track to deliver a safe, high-quality sauna experience.
