We’re saving $2.95 million.

  • Cleveland’s average gym buildout: ~$3M. We’ll build this new gym for $50K without sacrificing quality. The breakdown: $20K material (lumber, hardware), $15K labor, $10K equipment (padding, volumes), $5K amenities (seating, aesthetics).

10 Visit Pass • $250 value for $199 • This will likely be the only time we ever offer a 10 Visit Pass. We retired this pass years ago and do not plan to offer it at the new gym.
