Friday The 13th Rose Blood is a crowd funded independent fan film brought to you by Peter Anthony Productions.   This film has always been a dream of mine and now that I have the means it has manifested into a reality.  We all know that F13 part VII was robbed in many ways and we want to deliver the continuation story of Tina and Jason that the fans deserve.  We are bringing on only the best in the F13 community.  We have literally lined up an A-team of fan film award winning actors and crew.  The passion and dedication is equaled to mine.  We are investing in unique camera angles and high resolution practical effects. In addition to the crowd funding I will be donating any proceeds to the Byson Fiore fund. 

Lar Park Lincoln.  Everyone’s favorite final girl “Tina Shepard” is back on screen to finished the untold story of the events after Friday The 13th part VII.  We are ecstatic and grateful that Lar would join the cast in this epic tale.  Lar will be playing the role of present day Tina.  Besides her new movie “Expulsion” she has starred in many hits.  She appeared in the 1987 film House II: The Second Story as Kate, the 1988 horror film Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood as Tina Shepard, and a 1988 episode of the anthology horror series Freddy’s Nightmares as Karyn.  Park Lincoln starred in the television series Knots Landing from 1987 to 1991.  Dreams do come true sometimes and we would all like to thank Lar for making ours do just that.  

Jason Brooks.  We are so honored to have “The Immortal” Mr. Brooks play our Jason Voorhees.  F13 Par VII has always been one the best looks in the entire series.  In speaking with Jason I know anxious he is to portray the legendary Kane Hodder. This rendition is the one  die hard fans have come to know and love.  We are having his part VII entire outfit made from scratch to his exact body dimensions.  In addition to that, his favorite toys in Part VII are coming back.  This time with no gore restrictions, no cut death scenes, no BS.  Just death!  We cannot wait to unleash his fury on F13 fans around the world.  There simply is no one better for the role.  This movie was written and produced around Jason Brooks being our slasher.  Period.  Knowing Jason as I do, I have no doubt he will knock this out of the park.  

Sanae Loutsis.  We needed a solid “Rose” and we got one.  Sanae Loutsis is an accomplished professional actress with many credits under her young belt.   She has starred in such films as The Parish (2020) Friday The 13th Vengeance (2019) and alongside Frankie Muniz in The Black String.  Rose is the “New Blood”.  Arriving at the Camp Crystal Lake Research Facility in chains.  She soon befriends Tina but there is more than meets the eye her.  The Army knows this and has much larger plans for her than anyone could ever dream of.  Can Tina help her get out?  Will General Brackbower finally get what he wants with “Project Manifest” or will Jason get his hands on all of them first?

Peter Anthony will also be putting down the camera for his role as General Brackbower. The General’s disposition is that of pure focus. He does not care about the welfare of Tina or Rose, but rather results. He will impose his will and authority to achieve this. What does he want? The implementation and execution of Project Gravity and Project Manifest. He will stop at nothing to achieve this. Relying on his nasty bunch of bullies (The F.A.A.S.T Group) he seems unstoppable in his goal.

Brent Edgett.  You might recognize Brent as Jason Voorhees in the fan film The Fall of Camp Blood. In addition to his acting skills Brent is a renowned Cos Player and a make up specialist. He will not only be doing make up and effects on the film but a very important stunt role. He is a jack of all trades and his insight and passion is a true asset for us. 

Kelly Ellison.  Kelly is a world renown Cosplayer and super horror fan. She will be playing the role of “Sanchez”.  Don’t let Sanchez’s good looks fool you.  She is a natural born killer.  A highly trained mercenary who’s goal is to hunt down and capture Jason Voorhees. She is a member of the notorious FAAST group led by Colonel Chase. (Forward Assault Anomaly Strike Team).  She is well respected and feared even amongst some of the biggest and meanest men alive. 

John J. Strang. John will be General Brackbower’s personal bodyguard. “M.P. Strang” MP Strang has a bad attitude and smart ass mouth. His duty is to protect the General at all costs and to guard the contents of the briefcase handcuffed to his wrist! What is inside it? You will have to kill him to find out. This is John’s first role in acting and is perfect fit for the part.

Joseph Caban as Julian Dominguez. Julian is the creepy custodian at The Camp Crystal Lake Research Facility. A mysterious man in many ways. His main purpose seems to be protecting the girls. Joseph is multi talented. He recently shot his role in the upcoming film 13 Slays of Christmas and was also Co-Producer on F13 Vengeance. Mike Naser. Mike is playing “Brolic”. The lead member of the FAAST group. Brolic’s focus in life is the extermination of Jason Voorhees. Imagine Scarface meets Mike Tyson. It shall make for quite a showdown. This is Mike’s acting debut. Known for a quick temper and solid right hand. He will make a perfect fit. 

Welcome Director, Cos Play legend and Jason Voorhees actor from “Freddy vs Jason Dreamscape” Cody Huskins.  Cody joins the cast as “Blain”. Another bad ass FAAST member who lets his power and shotgun do the talking. Blain is the muscle of the group, and that is saying something! We are lucky to have such a F13 fan/celebrity on board!

Vincent Farr.  Vincent has worked on such films as “Batman – The Dark Knight Rises” and the award winning TV Show – “The Blacklist”. Mr. Farr will play Colonel Chase. Colonel Chase is a black operations specialist and is leading the FAAST group. (Forward Assault Anomaly Strike Team). He and his bad ass mercenaries have one goal. Hunt down and capture Jason Voorhees.

Ken Slate will be portraying “Stryker” the most seasoned vet of the infamous FAAST group. Stryker is calm cool and collective. The brains in the this group of muscle headed misfits. Highly respected. Deadly accurate with a rifle. He makes the final addition to an already bad ass team. Ken Slate is well known in the F13 community. He was a Producer for Vengeance, an actor in 13 Fan Boy and is starring as Sheriff Kagen in The Fall of Camp Blood!

Victor McCrory.  The trainer of the FAAST members.  Victor will be our on set advisor to all things tactical. He will bring a true authenticity to every FAAST member on film. Including other Military personnel on screen. Victor comes highly qualified with 22 years of law enforcement. He is also a: Former SWAT team member, Former SWAT team Sniper, Former Academy Instructor, Former Firearms Instructor, Former Defensive Tactics instructor, Former student of MMA under Greg Jackson.

Riley Lorden (Writer, Director) will be the Cinematographer on Rose Blood.  Riley is known for Writing and Directing “The Fall of Camp Blood” and is co founder of the www.slashncast.net. A widely successful podcast/radio channel.  His knowledge of horror and contribution to the community is well documented.   We have a specific look for the film that would not be possible without his skill set.  We are thrilled to have him on the team

C.J. Johnson. Having composed for 15 plus films in a little over 3 years C.J. Johnson brings disturbing sound with emotionality to every film he has done. In 2018 he composed for Blumhouse’s “Hurt” which showcased at Fantasia Fest and the Lincoln Film Center. In 2019 he scored the film “Caged”. A dark psychological thriller the film is already getting interest from major streaming services. The film hopes to be released in early 2021. He is currently working on Fall Of Camp Blood as the project starts moving to post production.  With a love for engaging tracks set against picture C.J. Johnson works hard to bring to life the music of each film.

Friday The 13th Rose Blood takes place 13 months after the events of F13 VII.  We find Tina Shepard being held captive at the notorious Camp Crystal Lake Research Facility.   Dr. Sykes, under the rule of General Brackbower has failed in his attempts to harness Tina’s telepathic power.  The General has grown tired of the lack of progress and has found a new Tina.  A New Blood.  Rose.  It seems Rose is even more powerful then Tina could ever be.  The General has a plan for both of them.  His backup?  The FAAST group. (Forward. Assault. Anomaly. Strike. Team.)  Highly trained mercenaries with one mission at hand.  The capture of Jason Voorhees.  Will Tina and Rose escape the evil General Brackbower’s plan?  Or will Jason’s carnage be too much to stop?

I am looking to make a dream come true.  As a child I grew up watching Friday the 13th movies hoping to be in one.  Now I am not only directing one but, I’m my opinion, the best look ever for Jason.  Not to mention Kane Hodder’s best role.   I am looking to give you true F13 fans the Part VII continuation you want and deserve.  In addition to money needed for the film all proceeds will go to the Bryson Fiore college fund.  My step son who is no longer physically available in my life.  It’s a win win situation.  We are casting nothing but the best actors, crew and staff.   Spare no expense to give you the highest production value and story we possibly can.  The entire cast and crew are donating their time and performance free.  Many of us are donating thousands of our own money to make it the highest quality film possible.  

Here is a breakdown of how your funds will be utilized:

PRODUCTION:  This will cover all of the equipment that we will use in the production of the film such as; cameras, sound, lighting, buildings, costumes, insurance, etc. 

MAKEUP AND EFFECTS:  We are heavily relying on practical effects, rather than VFX, to make our kills, and our killer, look as realistic as possible.  In fact we will have no CGI in the film at all.

PROPS/WARDROBE/JASON COSTUME: This portion is the fun part. Dressing up Jason in full Part VII attire, and buying all the props, blood, body parts and room furnishing  to make sure that every scene is memorable.  The FAAST groups alone weaponry will “blow” you away. 

POST PRODUCTION:  These expenses will help cover our editing, sound and visual effects added after the film is shot.  Color correction, Blu Rays, DVD and cover art to name a few. 

INDIEGOGO FEES AND REWARD FULFILLMENT:  We will need this to help cover our expense in getting the rewards to our loyal fans. This includes 5% for Indiegogo fees.  Thank you so much for making this dream come to life.

I see these as minimal.  Since we are using the same cast, crew, producers and some actors from Vengeance 2 – Bloodlines I see no issues.  The lake, our actors, our Jason are already all there.  Costumes and cameras already to go.  Sometimes there are unforseeable delays but we will deliver you Rose Blood and will will deliver you your perks.  Thanks so much for your support.   Without you fans none of this is possible.
