• Looking for potential positive minded early Investors with inital investment of $500,000 USD.
• An early-bird perk for investors who fund within the first week or the first $250,000 investment, will receive Crowd Notes with a conversion provision based on an $8M post money valuation cap instead of a $10M post money valuation cap. Any investment after the above mentioned period of time or after $250,000 would fall under the $10M post money valuation cap.
• The funds will be used for 100% for scaling the business and helping to build the product for our first customer “Department of Defense” the DoD. The same product will be then customized and provided for other Enterprises like Insurance Companies, Healthcare Institutions, Education Institutions(Universities), Legal Firms, etc.
