Welcome to The Adventures of The Parker Twins.

We are Bill and Jacqueline Clements, founders and Executive Producers of TCF4 Productions. Jacqueline is an actor as well as producer of Wheel Sharks and host of Bolivia: Treasures Within and In the Jump Seat with Jacqueline. Bill is a producer of Wheel Sharks, Bolivia: Treasures Within and director and producer of In the Jump Seat with Jacqueline.  

The Adventures of The Parker Twins is based on the successful book series, The Parker Twins, written by author Jeanette Windle.  Over the years the desire has grown to bring this show to life for the next generation. 

The Adventures of The Parker Twins is a mixed media project meaning that the vision is to create a series that has live action mixed with animation. We are excited to bring these together to create a family-friendly show that all can enjoy. Our desire is for families to be both entertained and educated through cross cultural storylines which will hopefully stir up conversations between parents and children. 

Bill and Jacqueline have started to assemble an experienced team with the vision to bring this series to life. We think you’ll love our series and we need your help!

Beginning now, you have a chance to help create this new mixed-media kids series by helping to fund our pilot project. This will do two things, prove there is an audience for it and, hopefully convince a broadcaster to make a permanent spot for us.

We need to raise $390,000 for the pilot to be made. This will include the main live action portion of the episode as well as the animated portion. The animated portion will serve as a “teaser” for the animated storyline for the first season.

We want to bring back that time of togetherness, bonding, and engaging discussion that happens when a family gathers to watch something they love. Our vision is that The Adventures of the Parker Twins will deliver wholesome entertainment that will bring families together in this way. The Adventures of the Parker Twins will offer positive, informative content centered around family values, learning opportunities and relationship-building. 

Although we haven’t produced/created a children’s series before we have produced three other family-friendly series which are streaming on multiple platforms. Currently we have a 3-episode mini-series with potential 6 more episodes coming soon to Telus Optik On Demand. We are aware of what it takes to make a series and are prepared to get the right people involved to make it the best it can be.

Thankfully, producing an episodic show on a budget is not new to us. We want to work hard to create a great quality animation to weave into the episodes and, by doing this, bring this adventure to life with a twist. We certainly will do everything within our means to keep moving forward at a good pace to stay on schedule and to keep within the budget. Saying this, we do not want to compromise on the quality of what we are trying to create for our current fans and fans to come.

We know that some just can’t contribute but that doesn’t mean we don’t need your input. Please help us get the word out and make some great noise for our campaign to bring this ADVENTURE to life. ​
