I’m an activist Entrepreneur, and want to see better; I’m creating a host of e-commerce sites into a competitive marketplace!

I plan to create a platform that allows small businesses to connect with consumers. Consumers will have a searchable database of e-commerce businesses, one that takes ethics seriously (for example, they can see where the product comes from, whether it’s fair-trade certified, etc).  The platform will also have a host of features for small businesses: a business feed, market research access for new startups curious about whether there is a market, and a library for open source projects.  

I need startup funds to get the website going and various services.  Giving small and new businesses the edge they need to survive; we can create a thriving community of alternative choices for the consumer.
