We have been developing bags with Peter McKinnon since early 2018 when we started working on the PM X NOMATIC Travel Pack that we launched in 2019.  With such a positive response from our backers on that campaign, when the campaign ended we immediately started working on this everyday line.  So now after another 18 months of working on 20+ prototypes and dialing in every last inch of these bags, we are thrilled with where the product ended up!  We are extremely grateful for the valuable insights we received from Peter as we collaborated on the function and feature set of these products.  After all the hard work we put into them, we can’t wait to get these bags into your hands!

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Here at NOMATIC, we stand behind all of our products. Just register your product to activate your product’s Lifetime Warranty. If we can’t fix or repair a manufacture defect, we will replace the product, no questions asked.

Please note that scratches, scuffs, dents, and other blemishes that occur due to normal wear and tear of travels will not fall under the product warranty.  These marks are like badges of honor and should be something you are proud of.  Something that helps tell your travel stories.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30 day no risk return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product within 30 days of receiving your order, simply send it back and we will refund you the product cost, no questions asked. But don’t worry, we know you are going to love it!

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SHIPPING –

Backers with a shipping address in the US and Canada will NOT have to pay any additional duties, sales tax, VAT, etc.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – Rest of the World:

Backers with shipping addresses outside of the US and Canada may have to pay additional import duties or other applicable taxes to the concerned authorities upon receipt of their goods – depending on the import policies of their respective countries. The duties and tax rates vary from country to country. If you wish to learn about the duties and taxes applicable to your shipment, you may want to check with the customs and border protection authority of your country.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to every country in the world. Due to logistical reasons we are unable to efficiently ship to every country. If your country is not listed as a country that we ship to, we suggest you find a freight forwarder or freight consolidator that specializes in shipping to your country. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to reach out to us.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided, or you moved without telling us), it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.

There are always challenges and unforeseen obstacles that arise when trying to bring a product to life. However, this is our 11th product launch, so we can confidently say we are experienced in this process and have developed systems and processes to mitigate the risks and obstacles that will arise.
