It is a sturdy and durable three-layer fabric that can be cleaned like any other textile and contains no dangerous chemicals. The ideal fabric for our line of high-performance jackets. Is it a branded fabric? No, here’s why: In the past, we worked with a well-known fabrics vendor but after learning the industry’s in and outs, it turns out not all branded manufacturers make their own fabrics and most of them just label the fabrics with their own name and sell it for a markup. This time we decided to cut the middle man and buy the fabrics directly from the manufacturer so we give our backers the lowest price.

We are shipping with taxes and duties included to the following destinations: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, EU, and Schengen countries (Norway, Switzerland).

As for the other destinations, the duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the backer. Sure, we’ll try to make it as cheap as possible for you 😉

Shipping charges will be calculated & collected after the end of the campaign through post-campaign surveys. Our extended experience in supply chain management will ensure we offer you the best rates for shipping.

Why? We are offering a lot of sizes because we want everyone to be able to buy our products. Adding another color will double the number of SKUs (unique numbers for each different product) and this will cause logistical issues. We want to ship on time and not mess up. 🙂

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you follow the sizing chart attentively, the jacket and pants will fit well. Still, if you need to exchange your jacket or pants for any reason, we will do so, but you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs. We will not be able to accept returns because we are just getting started and providing our products at deeply discounted pricing on Indiegogo.

Risks and challenges

The design presented here is final and it only needs to be adjusted for large-scale production. We are looking forward to adding improvements the community will ask for! We have taken it upon ourselves to test the products in torrential downpours. This has allowed us to improve upon our design and ensure that the product we deliver to our backers works. Our product is more complex than regular rainwear items, therefore delays may arise as experience tells us. In working with our manufacturer we have already learned it takes a long time to commercialize these types of performance garments; this is also true even for large vendors that have huge volumes and a lot of leverage with their vendors. No matter what obstacles lie ahead, we promise we will be 100% transparent in our communication with you. We want the best and we know you do too!
