• As the hull was smaller and less buoyant we had to redesign the electronics to be more powerful.

Electric technology is becoming ever so popular in many industries, and Torque is a leader in the electric surfboard space, which is a green tech with zero emissions. Our waterways depend on us to keep them clean, to preserve and in many cases regenerate the sea life.

Torque Electric Surfboards has distributors throughout the world that partner with us to build the community and service any of the customers needs. We take pride in keeping all customers satisfied with their purchases and any upkeep or maintaining that is needed.

As the products are electric, they contain 4 main parts. The motor, the battery pack, the Electric Control Unit and the Remote Control. Over the past 7 years they have constructed a product that in any case does need to be repaired, then the customers can simply replace the parts that can be shipped and arrive at the customers location within 7 days.

• Torque will continue to revise and improve the products, therefore there will be some differences in the technical specs and the actual products received. The specs will only improve, they will not decrease in the performance specs.

• For deliveries in rural areas or areas where the shipping costs will be increased, we will contact you to discuss the extra payment required for your shipment.
• All products are shipped with insurance, and once the products are received, you must immediately check the products and if there are any damages you must immediately (within 24 hours) take photos and videos of the damaged products and send them to us to start the insurance claim.
• If you would like to purchase extra packs, please contact us directly to calculate the costs including all shipping charges.
• All perks purchased will include all shipping charges and VAT, duty and taxes delivered to your home or office address.
• Torque will courier any spare parts that are needed for servicing your products that are under the 1-year warranty period, including the courier costs. Spare parts will be shipped within 3 days.
• Torque will send a User Agreement for all customers to sign and return, the User Agreement is signed so that all customers understand the safety features of the products and also understand how to care for the products.
