I want to bring Uruguayan Cuisine to St. Johns Newfoundland, Canada, in the form of a mobile food truck.  We will be serving traditional Uruguayan Asado (BBQ) with traditional chimichurri, and a few sides  and rare desserts (chaja cake).  This will be family run and operate.  Also we plan on using local grass fed beef and BBQ over a hard wood fire, just like in Uruguay.  Please help me bring a bit of Uruguay to The Rock.

If successful i eould use the funds to buy s used certified food truck (sourced).  Stock it with inventory and small Ware.  Get the permits, licensing snd insurance.  And be in operation within 2 months of acquiring the funds.
