Story

Waitbusters LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is a provider of innovative B2B SAAS technology solutions in 2016. The genesis of the company and its name came from a poor waiting experience that Co-Founder Jim Moody experienced in a popular restaurant. He felt there had to be a better way than being tethered to a crowded lobby by a manual list or a buzzer.

The Company initially began developing a mobile wait line product designed specifically for restaurants and then rapidly added reservations, table and server management, online ordering, advertising tools, Facebook Messenger Chat Bot, SMS Bot and Amazon Alexa integrations and a loyalty program. It is fully market-tested with paying customers and 875,000 users over the past 12 months.
