Our story
Water is the source of all life. In less than one week, we would die without drinking water. Yet in many places around the world there is a lack of clean water. Many water sources in developing nations are polluted or exhausted. And climate change has led to increased droughts, or flash flooding. Quite simply, without water, life on earth would not exist.
Mission
Our objective is to raise awareness and preserve our sacred water sources by circulating handmade Living Water Drops. Each Drop contains  water mixed from sacred springs, and brought together by spiritual leaders from around the world. You can wear the Drop close to your heart as a token of your contribution and connection with all those who value the importance of our water sources. Â
We aim to have more than 100.000 people wearing a Living Water Drop within the next two years. In order to reach this goal, we plan to mix water from 18 sacred springs in a special ceremony during the Water for All conference, on July 1st 2021, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, Netherlands.
Financial goal: €50.000
This crowdfunding exercise will help to finance the gathering of spiritual leaders and their sacred water sources to The Hague, and support them in their quest for clean water, world peace and education. It will also help in the manual production and distribution of the Living Water Drops.Â
The Living Water Drop symbolizes the healing power of water. The water inside each Drop has been mixed from different sacred water springs and blessed during special ceremonies at sacred sites such as Assisi, Italy (Basilica di Santa Maria Degli Angeli), India (Palpung Sherabling Monastic Seat Himalach Pradesh), and the glaciers of Greenland.Â
Currently we have Living Water Drops containing water from 10 sacred springs.Â

Water for All is initiated by Living Peace Projects
we connect spiritual leaders, business leaders and scientists. These meetings are the cradle for our projects on education (e.g. a children’s book on the sacred springs) and healthy water (e.g. living cycles (water, solar energy, sanitation); Rishikesh Upstream). Your support also helps these leaders to continue their valuable mission and work for water and active peace.

Prof. dr. Johannes Witteveenis the founder of Living Peace Projects. As former managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and leader of the Universal Sufi Movement, he has dedicated his life to bringing loving kindness and harmony into the world. He has brought together religious, spiritual and indigenous leaders from all over the world. They all acknowledge that we need to collaborate with each other to tackle global issues. They are committed to spreading the message of water and active peace among their followers and communities, and the call to action. The foundation is chaired by co-founder Brigitte van Baren.
