• 1/N Line Split Function

The 1/N Line Split Function automatically splits a line into N equal smaller segments. Easily choose from 2-9 segments; the function helps evenly space things out and find the center of a line (choose 1/2) with unrivaled precision.

• Incremental Measurement

The incremental measurement allows for none calculations in measuring increments. The measurement can be zeroed when measuring each increment, avoiding the need for calculating cumbersome cumulative number, particularly useful when the increment involves fractions or decimals.

The XTape1 automates tape length calculation and adds it to the measurements by easily switching to the rear reference, offering fast and accurate internal measurement.

The XTape1 incorporates a top-grade industry-level green laser line, extending not just to the left and right of the device, but to multi-wall surfaces with exceptional brightness. It aids in fast and accurate alignment not only in small projects like drilling, cutting, assembly, but large-scale project like leveling hangings, floors, or cabinets.

The dynamic live angle display shows real-time angle changes as you rotate the device on any surface. The intuitive visual representation replaces the need to rely solely on mundane numerical numbers. Using green laser line as the reference, it offers the most accurate and engaging angle measuring on any surface through real-time angle feedback.

At the core of XTape1 is the Super OptiTracking™ reading sensor. The first-of-its-kind tape blade reading technology involves a vision-based identification process that captures the minute natural surface feature of blade and converts it into reading data.

The leading-edge tape blade reading technology bypasses the need for old-fashioned printed reading patterns on blade and detects more minute features, offering more consistent digital accuracy within ± 1/32”, and a neater, more user-friendly tape surface. The unparalleled accuracy of XTape1 guarantees the finest project result.

The XTape1  generates accurate results even when the tape blade is subjected to dust, sand, water, dirt, or tape scratches. Its immunity to harsh environments benefits from the advanced self-checking algorithm contained in the tape reading technology, which can adjust for various environmental factors, rendering incredible precision even in rough conditions.
