The exquisite and compact appearance of GPD Pocket 4 can be compared to the MacBook Air. 1. Does the raised funds include the import tariffs when the product arrives in the destination country?

The raised funds include international express shipping and remote area surcharges, but do not include import tariffs that may be incurred when entering the destination country. Generally, a 21% import tariff will be levied when entering European Union countries; about 10% import tariff will be levied when entering Japan; if the product value exceeds $800 when entering the United States, import tariffs may be incurred. Import tariffs in other countries may be higher.

2. What after-sales services do users who participate in crowdfunding enjoy?

Crowdfunding users and users who purchase the product after it is officially released enjoy the same warranty rights. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within one week of receiving it, but shipping cost for delivery of the product to the user will be deducted from the refund upon successful return.
