• Shipping: We will ship to the following continents/countries: Australia, Canada, Europe, Switzerland, UK and USA. For other countries, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
• Fees & Taxes: Transport fees and import duties will be paid by backers before shipping. As we do not yet have final quantities per region, the shipping costs and duties remain to be confirmed. However, we are committed to negotiating the best possible rates with logistics providers to ensure fair and reasonable pricing for all backers. Products will be shipped from our warehouse in Belgium.

Risks & Challenges

We are confident in our ability to deliver iXi, but unforeseen challenges can arise. Here’s how we’ve prepared:

• Manufacturing: Key components of iXi will be manufactured across multiple locations worldwide, including Europe, China, and Vietnam, with final assembly carried out by our team. Our goal is to achieve a “Made in Belgium” designation.
• Fulfillment: A dedicated logistics team will handle shipping worldwide. We’re committed to open and transparent communication, so you’ll always know where your product is and when to expect it.
• Funding: To bring iXi to market, we require €1 million in 2025 to implement our production process. This funding will come from external investors, either through:
  • One lead investor (typically a venture capital fund), or
  • 2-4 investors, each contributing €250k to €500k. These investors may be private individuals or investment funds.

• Refund Policy​: If we are unable to secure the necessary external funding, and thus proceed to the production of iXi, backers will receive a refund of their contributions, minus platform and payment processing fees (approximately 8%) within one month of the expected delivery date.
