The arts are so important, and possibly more importantly now when we all are looking for a way to unplug and remove ourselves from the chaos that seems to be streaming through our devices and TV’s. People need time to just relax and explore their creative side. I have been an art teacher and professor for almost a decade. I find so much satisfaction in what I do and sharing it with other people. There is a beautiful, old barn on my property that could be transformed into a beautiful working art studio space. The barn needs a lot of work and does not have running water at the moment. It does have electricity and a sturdy shell. This area is just a few miles outside of the downtown area and has a breathtaking view of the mountains. This Old Barn could be a healing creative center for so many people. On a teacher’s budget I’m unable to afford to transform this building so I’m asking for your help. Art has always been a passion of mine. I have enjoyed many years sharing what I know and my passion for the arts with students of all ages. This new studio center would bring a lot of peace and joy to so many people.
