Kristi and Anita are opening a small Cafe and Ice Cream Shop in Windsor, ON, Canada. We are looking to get funding for construction, equipment, supplies and other. We will be making all natural homemade ice cream and all homemade dishes in the cafe such as, homemade pastries, muffins, coffee creamers, sandwiches, lunch and dinner. We want to open this cafe because we love serving our community and seeing the smiles on their faces. We have a couple of locations in mind, hoping for the best one. Kristi went to school for Culinary Management and we both (Anita, also) took a short business management class at The University of Windsor. Kristi grew up in the kitchen with a southern grandmother until my twenties and learned a lot from her that she will be bringing with me to the Cafe. Kristi makes all the Ice Cream from scratch, so she know’s there are no preservatives or additives in it.
