It’s designed to apply to a single bike. It might work on two bikes if the wheel size is small enough, the inside area is just over 3.5” in diameter.

● How big or small does the wheel have to be? 

Fits wheels up to 3.5” in diameter.

● Does it have to be wheels or can I clamp it to anything my kid owns? 

It can be applied to anything it fits.
