Introduction

We are four young fellows from the state of Querétaro who seek to rescue and share the culture and gastronomic heritage of the pre-Hispanic people of our country. We will embark on a trip to the bowels of the mountain area of ​​our state, as well as from several other states in Mexico in search of the ancestral recipes that have laid the foundations of traditional pre-Hispanic cuisine.
Through our unique adventure you will witness step by step the creation of a book that will carry all the magic and taste of our roots to you.
Every two weeks you can join us in our search and be part of a unique experience that will make the hidden dishes resurface from its origin to the present day.
Together, we will marvel at the surroundings, with the landscapes, with the unsuspected ingredients, with the warmth of the hands that will allow us to rediscover the value of this beautiful millenary land.

Developing
The execution of the project will consist of three stages to be executed, depending on the money raised: (Amounts in mexican currency)
1. ($ 850,000- $ 950,000) Mountain area of ​​the State of Querétaro: The route of a route will be made through the Sierra Gorda de Querétaro in which you will make a colorful and exciting documentary video, the most important ancestral recipes of that region will be collected .
2. ($ 951,000- $ 1,150,000) Mexico’s low zone and stage 1: Stage 1 will be carried out and, in addition, the route of a similar route will be made through the main states of Mexico’s lowland area, extending the scope of the documentary video.
3. ($ 1,151,000- $ 1,250,000) Southeast zone of Mexico and stages 1 and 2: Stages 1 and 2 will be carried out, and in addition, a similar route will be made through the main states of the southeast zone of Mexico , extending the scope of the documentary video.
In addition, we will carry out the realization of a collectible handmade book that will contain a compilation of the recipes and other cultural data collected throughout the project, which will be edited and produced especially for our sponsors according to the guidelines contemplated in the rewards section.

Project duration
The realization of the project in its entirety is contemplated within a year from the successful collection of the required funds, culminating with the delivery of the rewards to our sponsors at the end of said period.
It is important to mention that we will make weekly publications both on our social networks and on our YouTube channel, with advances and special content for our sponsors.
