The most significant difference between a standard mouse and Clip Mouse is that our product doesn’t rely on an optical/laser sensor but instead utilizes a gyroscope module, similar to those used in VR controller devices. 

The built-in touchpad beneath your fingers monitors the type and direction of gestures as well as the pressure applied by your fingers.

Our gyroscope module is specifically designed to recognize movement in the horizontal plane, thanks to a carefully crafted algorithm. This means that all other hand movements will be ignored, ensuring intuitive and seamless operation.

 

The controller supports all the classic options such as left-click, right-click, scrolling, previous/next page and double-click.

However, if the cursor gets stuck on your screen, you’ll find a tactile button located conveniently under your thumb. Simply press and hold it for three seconds, and Clip Mouse will quickly reset and reposition the cursor to the center of the screen.

The same button also serves a purpose when using Clip Mouse and typing on the keyboard. By clicking it once, you can disable gesture recognition and type freely. Clicking it again allows Clip Mouse to regain control of the cursor. The button is ergonomically placed, eliminating any unnatural thumb movements. Once Clip Mouse is clipped on, the button is exactly where you would expect it to be.
