This project is a equity crowdfunding campaign for an assisted living facility concept called “Doroje, LLC”.

The purpose of our business plan is to outline the industry, trends and competitors. It then goes on to introduce the “Doroje” concept and how it intends to differentiate itself in the marketplace and carve out a niche to support future expansion and growth while continuing to define the assisted living segment of the retirement living market.

The business model is defined and detailed to illustrate “Doroje’s” unique offering and describes the key features that will set it apart from its rivals.

The economics, marketing plan, operating plan, management team and projected financials for both the facility development and initial operations are also included.

The two key elements of this venture that will determine its success are the real estate development and the business model for the “Doroje” concept.

Mrs. Ursula Lenggenhager will ultimately oversee each of these, but pertinent industry professionals will be engaged to improve chances for overall success.

Our Assisted Living Facility (ALF) in Germany is specifically designed and equipped with the needed accommodation facilities / gadgets to give comfort and security to all our residence irrespective of the religious affiliations, their race, and health condition.


We are set to take care of Elderly/Seniors/Veterans/Disabled/Mental health citizens who can’t take care of themselves.

Doroje LLC will give older adults personalized care in a residential setting. They’re for seniors whose health or well-being requires a higher level of support, which is determined through a health assessment by the community according to state regulations. We will also provide a healthy lifestyle and social engagement. We are committed to helping our client on services include medication management and assistance with using the bathroom, dressing and grooming. Housekeeping, meals, laundry and transportation services, as well as social programs and activities, are typically included. Our staff will be available 24/7 to help with safety, care and support.

The map below clearly shows that especially in parts of Lower Saxony and Rhineland-Palatinate, and also in Baden-Wuerttemberg and Bavaria, the number of patients in need of care out-weighs the supply of full-time residential care places.

In these areas the potential demand will not be met, at least in the short-term.
