Welcome to the Hapstone RS project page, a new knife sharpening system from the Ukrainian team of Hapstone that will surprise you with its efficiency and ease of use. Since we have invested five years of our experience into development of the concept and design of the best sharpening system, now we can say that Hapstone RS is the finest knife sharpener on the market with its unique design.

Sharpening of all types of knives

Our sharpening system is designed to be versatile and accommodate a wide range of knife sizes and thickness. Whether you have a small paring knife or a large chef’s knife, our system can handle it all.

With a range of 40 to 230 mm in length and up to 6 mm in thickness, our sharpening system can easily sharpen all types of knives, from thin fillet knives to thick cleavers.

In addition, our innovative design ensures that your knife is securely held in place during the sharpening process, so you can be sure that your knife will be sharpened evenly and consistently every time.

Materials used in the Hapstone RS

In creating the Hapstone RS, we paid great attention to details and materials to ensure the best performance and durability of the system. Whole milled angled clamps are made of aircraft-grade aluminum, and the guides are made of high-quality stainless steel for durability and stability in operation.

The stone holder, screws, clamps, and the frame of the rotating module are made of solid aircraft aluminum. The heavy 8 mm steel base with silicone feet makes the sharpener absolutely stable.

The set of Boride stones is collected from various series and is intended for sharpening of knives from any steels. The set includes 5 stones with a grain size: 150, 220, 400, 600, 1200 (FEPA), which will be enough for all stages of sharpening, from peeling to the final sharpening. Smooth reduction of grain, from stone to stone, guarantees efficient sharpening with minimal time.

Chosera is a high-end series from Naniwa made of aluminum oxide with the magnesia binder. The magnesia binder gives Chosera excellent sharpening quality, performance, and high wear resistance.

Shapton Pro (Kuromaku) is a high-end series from Shapton. Stones are universal and can be used to sharpen knives of any steel including high carbon, vanadium, and chromium steels.

Hapstone Premium Diamond can be used to sharpen knives made of any material, without losing their properties for a long time. As the grindstone wears out, new diamond particles are exposed. The stones are mounted on blanks made of high-quality aviation aluminum. Diamond is ideal for modern “super steels” and for the sharpening of ceramic knives. 100% concentration.

Time Line
