I’ve been into health and fitness for over 25 years.  From college basketball.. To personal training… to national competitor… to owning an online training company.. being a member to about every gym you can imagine…And managing the largest gym chain in the world for 5 years. Everyday, I see people struggling or not knowing what to do or how to do it.. Or how to see if they are reaching their goals and staying healthy – even professionals.  Every day at the gym I spend an extra 20-30 minutes trying to teach and help others.  All this has made me realize my purpose and passion in life..which is to create this amazing app that can do it all and give you all the tools you need to succeed.
