World’s First (and smallest) 100W GaN Charger

Credit card size HyperJuice is the world’s first 100W Gallium Nitride charger and also the world’s smallest 100W charger that is 50% smaller than current traditional chargers

With not one but 4 high power charging ports

With 100W, there is plenty of power to share around with 2 x USB-C (supporting Power Delivery 3.0) and 2 x USB-A (supporting Quick Charge 3.0) ports.

Quick charge 4 devices at the same time

Only one charger required for all your Apple charging needs

100W power provides the ability to quick charge a laptop (MacBook Pro), a tablet (iPad Pro), smartphone (iPhone), and mobile device (AirPods, Watch) all at the same time.

Power 2 laptops (15″ MacBook Pro) simultaneously

With 100W Dual USB-C Power Delivery, a single HyperJuice charger can power 2 laptops (two 15″ MacBook Pro) simultaneously.

Pocket-friendly. Takes up the same space as a pack of poker cards.

So you can easily fit HyperJuice in any pocket and bring it wherever you go.

Built-in foldable wall plugs (no messy bulky power cables)

No need to mess with bulky power cables which can be bigger than the charge itself.

Travel-friendly pin converters that work in any country

UK, EU, AU pin converters will be provided

HyperJuice supports worldwide universal 100-240V voltage and comes with UK/EU/AU pin converters so that it can be used in virtually any country.

Powered by the latest Gallium Nitride (GaN) Technology

HyperJuice utilizes the industry-leading Navitas GaNFast NV6117 Power IC to miniaturize components normally found in traditional chargers. The new Gallium Nitride semiconductor material allows for power devices that can operate at higher voltages and switching frequency which results in smaller and more efficient chargers.

Sophisticated Design

HYPER has spent almost a year perfecting the circuit design and firmware to fully utilize the Navitas GaNFast NV6117 Power IC to bring the HyperJuice charger to fruition.

We want to make the smallest 100W charger ever so the circuit board and components are laid out in the most compact and space-efficient manner. Only the industry’s most efficient components that can deliver the best performance in the smallest of space are used. The dense circuit board is then surrounded by high-density thin heat sinks to aid in heat dissipation. The entire package is then wrapped in a minimalist fire-resistant polycarbonate enclosure to complete the efficient design.

Industry-Beating Low-Temperature Operation

With so many electronics densely packed in a tiny space, there is a valid concern about heat generation and dissipation in such a small space.

So we measured the temperature across 30 points of the HyperJuice charger while it is charging the 15″ MacBook Pro from 0% to 100% battery level. The internal components temperature did not exceed 90ºC while the exterior housing temperature did not exceed 60ºC, beating industry-standards of 130ºC and 65ºC respectively.

Unparalleled 95% AC/DC Efficiency (vs 91% for Apple/Anker)

HyperJuice generates lesser heat than other chargers because it is extremely efficient, around 95% (compared to Apple/Anker chargers with 91% efficiency). As shown in the photo above, with an input power of 106.4W, HyperJuice is able to output 100.72W (20.149*4.999). 100.72W/106.4W = 95%.

Proof of Concept Video

The following single shot unedited video shows a full working prototype of the HyperJuice 100W GaN Charger able to output 100W power to a 15″ MacBook Pro. In addition, it is able to charge another 15″ MacBook Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max, and Apple Watch ( a total of 4 devices) all at the same time.

Power meter showing that HyperJuice 100W GaN Charger is providing 19.72V x 5.07A = 99.98W of power to HyperJuice USB-C Battery Pack.
