LESSONS

“LESSONS” TV SERIES

“Lessons” is based on “Lessons Mama Never Taught Me,” a book readers want to see made into a television series. The screen play contains powerful true stories following the lives of ten women and the challenges they encountered due to the lack of communication with their mothers, explored and analyzed by the main character who is a therapist. Their narratives are filled with emotion and truth conveying universal messages guaranteed to take viewers on a thought provoking, personal journey that will take a close look at topics considered taboo that impact children, and both men and women’s lives.

Racism, mental illness, body image, abortion, domestic violence, addictions, and bullying are just some of the issues that will be addressed.

Viewers will consciously connect and identify with storylines within the series. It will spark a wide range of opinions and debate; and shed some light on how we each deal with our own social issues.
