When producing pipes by pressure pressing, manufacturers weld each frame for assembly. Various toxic substances like CO, Cr, Ni, Mn are emitted during this process. The POP-CYCLE has revolutionized the conventional 12 step welding process to 5.

 

We were able to lower our material costs by applying the eco-friendly die casting method to avoid getting involved in any welding and manufacture in a time-efficient manner. This was our finalized solution for our convenience and to take care of our planet.

Instead of welding, we assemble our frames with bolts and nuts. We hope this DIY assembly process gives you the joy of building something up from the ground.
