Delivery schedules

We always do our best to ship on time, however, when manufacturing world-first innovative products, obstacles can arise from time to time. We will always communicate any unforeseen delays directly with our backers using the campaign updates feature.

Risks and challenges
After more than 50 successful crowdfunding campaigns across Australia & the USA, strong retail sales and exports, and many production runs, SOLIDTEKNICS has established itself as a major cookware brand.
Though undeniably hard work to develop a world-first seasoning process, it is an innovation on an existing and proven product range. On the scale of products and businesses, I’ve launched this is certainly at the low-risk end. After decades in the chef equipment industry and a long R&D process, I’m very confident the product is the best in the world – for all the reasons presented in the campaign.
If our backers allow us to reach our target in time, the funds will be quickly applied to tooling and production and we are confident we will ship on time, as promised. We have a long and proven track record of keeping our promises and fixing any unexpected issues quickly and thoroughly.
Apart from all the engineering experience, it is our amazing strong base of passionate supporters who really ensures our success with each campaign (then ongoing retail and export success). We couldn’t do it without YOU, and we are very grateful for all your support. Thank you all!

We also manufacture locally, sourcing local materials where possible to reduce our carbon footprint.
Environmentally friendly factories
Our cookware is made locally in factories in the USA and Australia. Those factories comply with all labour and environmental protection laws. We are the only production cookware manufacturer in Australia, and one of the very few remaining in the USA. We will not be sending our designs offshore to make more profit from low cost factories with questionable materials and labour practices.
Sustainable Distribution
Apart from recycled packaging, our biggest commitment to sustainable distribution comes from locating our production closest to our biggest customer bases: Sydney for Australians, and Chicago for Americans. We are committed to our environmental footprint. So much so, we opened a factory in the USA to supply our American customers. We were shipping a lot of containers of Australian-made pans to the USA before switching to manufacturing local in the USA, and the difference in carbon footprint is huge. The pans relevant to this particular campaign will be made in Sydney, Australia.
