Story

Short Summary

Maxxed Out Films is an up and coming production company based out of Southern Colorado. We create and produce our own short films with the money out of our own pockets from our day jobs. We have spent the last two years developing this Star Wars story as well as creating numerous other short films.

We have created this campaign to seek help in completing our epic Star Wars Saga with an explosive finale. Our first two films, though well-made and monumental in their own rights, take place in more contained environments due to budgetary restrictions. However, the ongoing story hints at a massive scope of trouble brewing throughout the galaxy. “The Apocalypse” will cap off our saga by allowing us to add more exotic locations, space dog fights, force pushes, battles of over 50+ extras, and more.

Contributors to “The Apocalypse” will play a crucial role in creating a truly memorable and special story which will captivate the senses and resonate with Star Wars fans from all corners of the galaxy. The story takes place in a period of the Star Wars timeline which has never before been explored on the big screen, yet is loved and appreciated worldwide, so it is guaranteed to attract attention. Please see a breakdown of the trilogy below:

What We Need & What You Get

We are seeking a budget of $60,000 total. Please see the budget details below, as well as what you get for your contribution:

Even if we only reach a portion of our goal, we will be as economic and resourceful as possible per our experience in finding creative workarounds on our no-budget films.

Other Ways You Can Help

If you are unable to help financially, we ask that you please share this with any Star Wars fans, film buffs, or anyone else you know who may be interested in getting involved with this epic trilogy.

Sharing this fundraiser can go a long way in helping get this film created. We are beyond appreciative of everyone’s support in our pursuit of creating something truly special.
