• Our name name is NeoArchitects, a firm with 24 years of experience working in tropical areas designing low impact developments, completely integrated with nature , We in a coopartnership with the internationally acclaimed Tattoo artist Jairo Ramirez are the promoters / owners of the project.
• Our project is a unique development in Costa Rica, integrating Sustainability, Social responsibility , Integration of the Indigenous local tribes, use of edge technology in design and the only Resort with a certified 95 hectares private reserve, We are building nine tree house units and one open air canopy roof structure as space for Yoga, Meditations and Wellness in general.
• With your support you will help us in the construction of the units , implementation of the park rangers program, creating of job opportunities for the indigenous local people, and create the first Treehouse hotel  100% sustainable designed in a holistic way.

What We Need & What You Get

Our goal is to complete construction, We have already acquired 90 hectares of rain forest and 15 of grass land to be reforested, now we need your support to complete construction of the units

• For this construction stage we need to collect $150,000 what we offer is a 50% discount in the rental cost of the tree houses once the hotel is open, we expect to have the units fully functional by May 2020 .
• Treehouse Rainforest Lodge is the first designed Treehouse community in Costa Rica, including a private wildlife reserve and a biological studies station,  you will have the experience of a full immersion in nature , being directly on a tree in the canopy of the rain forest in direct contact with all the wild life.
• If we do not reach the goal the remained amount will go any way to the construction and implementation fund to complete all the proposed units.

What we do with your contribution

• Your contribution is of great value to help us create , educate and protect nature, you will allow Us to be able to have a place for people to learn and understand how important is the rain forest, you will also help us to mitigate the Co2 from your own Co2 footprint . Also We will give working opportunities to the Indigenous locals, a community in some how forgotten by the central government , 20% of the profit will go directly to social programs and sustainable efforts in conservation, our plan is to extend the protected area surrounding the Sorpresa river.
• We have being doing developments for private clients with 100% success for the last 20 years in the pacific coast of Costa Rica.
• With your contribution you will have the right to stay in one of our Treehouses and experiences a place called by National Geographic as the most intense biodiverse in the planet, with 4% of the biodiversity of the world.
