In einer digitalen Welt, die immer mehr auf Konsum ausgerichtet ist, wollen wir für Kunst einstehen: geistig bereichern, inspirieren, die Köpfe der Menschen mit neuen Gedanken füttern, Kunstliebhaber und Künstler verbinden. Das ist unsere Mission und unsere Überzeugung – und wir wissen genau, wie wir sie umsetzen wollen.

1. Kunst sehen
Mit Culture Key kann man spektakuläre, kleine, große, Geheimtipp-, Blockbuster-Ausstellungen online sehen und erleben – mit kuratiertem Extra-Video Content und einem ständig aktualisierten Überblick über das Kunstgeschehen.Culture Key verbindet dabei Genres: Große Museen, kleine Ausstellungshäuser, zeitgenössische Kunst sowie Street Art werden auf einzigartige Weise erlebbar gemacht, um einem breiten Publikum ein breites Angebot zu eröffnen und es zu jeder Zeit, an jedem Ort dazu verführen, Neues zu entdecken und die eigene Komfort-Zone zu verlassen.
2. Kunst verstehen
Culture Key bietet verschiedene Formate an, die Kunst verständlich machen: spannende Webinare zu verschiedenen Themen, die privat genutzt, aber auch in Schulen und pädagogischen Angeboten eingesetzt werden. Es gibt Tutorials in denen die Künstler*innen ihre Techniken erklären und so das unsichtbare sichtbar machen. Paint your Brain!
3. Kunst erleben
In den digitalen Workshops kann man von den Künstler*innen und Kunstexperten lernen und dabei die Entwicklung im Kreationsprozess erleben. Die Community erhält Einladungen zu exklusive Veranstaltungen wie Events und Vernissage der Culture Key Künstler*innen. Die Community selbst ist dabei eine wertvolle Kommunikationsplattform: sie verbindet Kunstinteressierte und Künstler. In der Community kann man Werke seines Lieblingskünstlers sharen, liken und auf seiner eigenen Art Wall posten. Gemeinsam wird so Traffic und Aufmerksamkeit füreinander und für die Kunst geschaffen. Sei dabei, werde ein Teil!
4. Kunst erwerben und Künstler*in kennenlernen
Wir unterstützen Künstler, Ihre Kunst zu verkaufen, und eröffnen Kunstliebhabern einen Zugang zu ihrer Welt und ihren Werken – private Haus- und Atelierbesuche eingeschlossen. Über die Artist Profile können sich die Künstler so präsentieren, wie sie es wünschen – Culture Key gibt ihnen die Bühne und Freiheit dafür. Culture Key unterstützt auch die Kunst an sich, indem es durch seine Plattform einen jederzeit abrufbaren Kunstzugang schafft – insbesondere in einer Zeit, die den Kunstbetrieb in die Warteschleife versetzt hat. Ausstellungen, Vernissagen, Dialogmöglichkeiten – all dies muss weitergehen. Und es wird weitergehen. Denn wir kreieren den Content bereits in vollem Einsatz – und wir wollen weitermachen!
Gut zu wissen: Wir geben vom Verkaufspreis/Kaufpreis des Kunstwerkes 80 % an den/die Künstler*innen, 5 % erhält das Culture Key Member zurück und 5 % gehen an die Viva con Agua Stiftung (weitere Infos unter https://www.vivaconagua.org)

WIE WIRD SICH DAS GESCHÄFTS-MODELL CULTURE KEY FINANZIEREN?
Der Start – 2021
Kerngeschäft werden die Membership-Einnahmen sein. Sie starten mit einem nationalen Angebot. Um die vier Bereiche monatlich nutzen zu können erhält man die Culture Key Membership (national) für nur 39 Euro pro Jahr. Das Culture Key Membership inkludiert alle Vorteile/Angebote aus den vier Erlebniswelten (SEHEN, VERSTEHEN, ERLEBEN, ERWERBEN).
Ab 2022 – Culture Key goes global
Ab 2022 werden sich die Memberships in 3 Kategorien aufteilen
1. Das „Welcome“ Membership: (s.o.) mit einem deutschlandweiten Angebot an Musseen und Künstlern.
2. Das „Deep Dive“ Membership: das Welcome-Membership wird erweitert um internationale Ausstellungen, Workshops mit Künstler`*innen und Kunstexperten aus Europa, USA und China
3. „Experience“ Membership: Welcome + Deep Dive werden erweitert um geführte internationale Kunstreisen zu Partnermuseen aus Europa, USA, China.

Wir haben bereits 50 Künstler (bis 01.2.21 werden es 75 sein!) aus den unterschiedlichen Genres für unsere Culture Key Community begeistert – und sind von Anfang an offene Türen eingerannt. In der digitalen Welt schaffen diese Künstler einen zusätzlichen viralen Effekt für Culture Key: denn sie bringen ihre jeweils eigenen Künstler-Communities und Follower mit ein und haben so schon jetzt ein lebhaftes Künstler-Network geschaffen. WO STEHEN WIR JETZT? UND WAS WOLLEN WIR ERREICHEN?
Wir sind weit. Wir haben bereits zahlreiche Künstler in unsere Community gebracht, Museen und Ausstellungshäuser für unser Konzept begeistert und Vorträge in Schulen gehalten, Content produziert. Der Culture Key Schlüssel dreht sich unaufhörlich weiter. Aber: wir müssen noch mehr produzieren und werden noch etwas Zeit brauchen, bis das ganze inhaltliche Potenzial auf unserer Website ausgerollt werden kann.
Unser Konzept ist und war niemals klein gedacht, deshalb müssen wir jetzt die Plattform finalisieren, Abonnenten generieren, mehr Content produzieren: Webinare, Künstler-Profile, Interviews, Atelier-Besuche, Workshops, Tutorials. Die ganze Welt der digitalen Kunst zum Leben erwecken. Habt Geduld – wir arbeiten auf Hochtouren daran.

The Membership
GET IN! MEMBERSHIP CONTENT 2021 (NATIONAL)
1. Seeing Art
With Culture Key you can see and experience spectacular, small, large, insider tip, blockbuster exhibitions online – with curated extra video content and a constantly updated overview of the art scene. Culture Key combines genres: large museums, small exhibition halls, contemporary art and street art are brought to life in a unique way in order to open up a wide range of offers to a wide audience and to tempt them to discover new things at any time, in any place to leave your own comfort zone.
2. Understanding Art
Culture Key offers various formats that make art understandable: exciting webinars on various topics that are used privately but also in schools and educational offers. There are tutorials in which the artists explain their techniques and thus make the invisible visible. Paint your brain!
3. Experiencing Art
In the digital workshops you can learn from the artists and art experts and experience the development in the creation process. The community receives invitations to exclusive events such as events and vernissages of the Culture Key artists. The community itself is a valuable communication platform: it connects art lovers and artists. In the community, you can share and like works by your favorite artist and post them on your own art wall. Together, this creates traffic and attention for one another and for art. Be part of it, become a part!
4. Acquiring art and getting to know the Artists
We support artists to sell their art and give art lovers access to their world and their works – including private home and studio visits. The artist profiles allow artists to present themselves I the way they want it – Culture Key gives them the stage and freedom to do so. Culture Key also supports art itself by creating art access that can be called up at any time through its platform – especially at a time when the art business has been put on hold. Exhibitions, vernissages, opportunities for dialogue – all of this must continue. And it will go on. Because we are already creating the content with full commitment – and we want to continue!
Good to know: We give 80% of the sales price / purchase price of the work of art to the artist, 5% is returned to the Culture Key Member and 5% goes to the Viva con Agua Foundation (more information at https: // www. vivaconagua.org)
The Financing
HOW WILL THE CULTURE KEY BUSINESS MODEL FUNDED?
The start – 2021
The core business will be membership income. We start with a national offer. In order to be able to use the four areas monthly, you can get the Culture Key Membership (national) for only 69 euros per year or 6.99 euros per month. The Culture Key Membership includes all advantages / offers from the four worlds of experience (SEE, UNDERSTAND, EXPERIENCE, ACQUIRE).
From 2022 – Culture Key goes global
In the future the memberships will be divided into 3 categories:
1. The “Welcome”-membership: (see above) with a Germany-wide range of museums and artists.
2. The “Deep Dive”-membership: Welcome Membership is expanded to include international exhibitions, workshops with artists and art experts from Europe, the USA and China.
3. “Experience”-membership: Welcome + Deep Dive are expanded to include guided international art trips to partner museums in Europe, the USA and China.

The Artists
CULTURE KEY IS – 50 ARTISTS … AND MORE TO COME!
We have already excited 50 artists (there will be 75 by February 21st!). From the different genres for our Culture Key Community – and we ran into open doors from the start. In the digital world, these artists create an additional viral effect for Culture Key: because each artist brings its own community and followers with them and they have already created a lively artist network. The Culture Key culture is already being lived!

WHERE ARE WE NOW? AND WHAT DO WE WANT TO ACHIEVE?
We are far. We have already brought numerous artists into our community, enthused museums and exhibition houses for our concept, gave lectures in schools and produced content. The “Key” keeps on turning. But: we still have to produce more and will need some time until the full potential of the content can be rolled out on our website. Our concept is and was never intended to be small, which is why we now have to finalize the platform, generate subscribers, produce more content: webinars, artist profiles, interviews, studio visits, workshops, tutorials. Bring the whole world of digital art to life. Be patient – we’re working on it at full speed. And that’s exactly why we need your help. Become an art supporter from the very beginning – on a completely new, innovative basis. There is no comparable digital project of this size in terms of content.
