Hi, my name is Hend Fakhroo and I am a Qatari writer and filmmaker. 

This is my first feature film and I’ve been working on the script for 7 years. This will be the first feature film from Qatar directed by a woman, and the responsibility of bringing this story to the screen is something I take very seriously.

Making a feature film takes a lot of hard work, and it involves a big team. Although we have the support of the Doha Film Institute we still need funding to be able to pay our cast and crew. Artists work hard to bring their work to life, and we have an incredibly talented team in place ready to make a very special film. With your help, we can bring our stories to the world. It would be an incredible step in advancing the young film industry in Qatar, and putting our country on the international film scene. It has always been my dream to bring the stories of Arab women to the world, and with your help we can make this a reality.

We have come up with some exciting and unique perks to our backers. You can be an actor on the film or attend the international premiere, walking the red carpet along with the cast.
