After the successful launch of our first smart litter box in 2019, we have been researching the market for the new Catlink litter box since June 2021. We discovered that the trend for smart litter boxes is to become more complex, expensive and bigger, but not necessarily smarter. Many overpromised features such as auto-sealing can only cause trouble.

Sure! All clumping litters are compatible, including Tofu litter, clay litter, mixed litter, etc. Lite doesn’t require any special, expensive litter.

   2. Is there a warranty for the product, and what does it cover?

We offer 1-year warranty and cover the litter box body, accessories are not included

   3.  How often do I need to empty the waste container?

15 days for one cat, if you have more than one, you may need to clean more frequently. 

   4. How is this app deals with multi-cat household？

The app recognizes and records the weight, pooping patterns, frequency, time point & duration of every cat’s business. Also, there will be an exclusive profile for each cat.

   5. Which region will this litter box be available in?

We offer worldwide support for our products as long as the delivery is accessible in your area.
