Most expensive e-bikes fail to offer you the comfortable riding experience that their price tag would suggest. Designed as conventional bikes with an electrical system attached, these e-bikes work in ways that compromise the convenience expected of them. They have the same frame angle and riding position as conventional bicycles and do not take into account the power contribution of the electric drive system.

Many e-bikes with mid-motor have an overall weight of 25 kg or more, which makes it difficult to provide good handling and agility. Other e-bikes with hub motors and conventional speed sensors cannot intuitively adjust motor power, so a smooth ride is not possible.

Riding a bike, especially for longer periods of time, leads you to have a bad posture, and may cause neck and back pain. That’s why we created an innovative geometrical frame, it aligns with the motor output and boost ratio, no need to stress your body for a fast ride.

By raising the handlebar by 50mm and offsetting the seat tube by 4 degrees relative to the pedals, we are not only creating the most comfortable riding posture for any distance but also let you easily touch feet down to stop while allowing full leg extension when pedalling.

At the same time, vertical height of the gravity centre is reduced by approx. 35mm for more stability and handling agility.

 

E-bikes equipped with only a speed sensor make riding uphill and against the wind extremely uncomfortable. That is why we use the high precision torque sensor and smart controller to provide you with the right power at the right moment: the responsive torque sensor and smart ECU will accurately predict your intentions, consistently deploying motor power to adjust to any scenario and support every aspect of your ride.

The importance of the fork to a bike is well known, it’s even more important to an e-bike due to the speed difference. We equip CT Elite with an ultra-high pressure forged rigid fork for great reliability and high impact resistance. The fork on CT Cruisers is an air suspension from the fork experts SR Suntour and Rockshox, which acts more quickly, precisely, and naturally for any road along your ride.

 

The Gates carbon belt drive is lightweight, quiet, clean, and low-maintenance over a long lifespan. Gear ratio is always a controversial topic in a single-speed bike: either compromise on the easy start or on the right pedaling cadence at high speed. But with the instinctive power assistant, we balanced the two aspects perfectly: a comfortably assisted start and a nice cadence with maximum assistance (65rpm at 25km/h for EU version, 75rpm at 32km/h for the US version).

Getting your ride connected with the Comate App, you will be able to set target and trace your rides, moreover, the navigation is conveniently and clearly visible in the integrated display, never need to take your phone out and check the map during the ride.

Our professional testers and a dozen sample bikes have faced cold and heat, high humidity and drought, rain, snow and frost, mud and gravel, forest roads and mountains, from high gradient climbs to steep descents at 60km/h.
