The CtrlAX comes with multiple and specialized blades. Pick what suits you. Select the best one designed for cutting each type of material.

CX-Basic

CX-Basic blade is a basic blade that is able to cut most materials. 

CX-Dig

When you pre-process the plastic, there are some cases that you need to dig up the plastic. And the L shaped blade of CX-Dig makes it easier to dig up the plastic.

CX-Half

The front part of the CX-Half blade is narrower than other blades, so it is ideal for delicate works. It is also ideal for welding small pieces of plastics.

CX-Long

The CX-Long has a similar shape as CX-Basic but has a longer blade and is suitable for cutting thick but soft materials.

CX-Saw

The saw type of blade on CX-Saw makes it suitable for cutting materials such as woods and plasters.

• We recommend you cut thin and soft materials such as leather, paperboard and soft resin with Eco Mode. 
• Comfort Mode is suitable for cutting materials that is thick and soft or firm and thin.
• The most powerful mode is Sport Mode. If you want to cut something thick and firm like hard resin and carbon fibers, we suggest you use Sport Mode.

This is only recommendation, please determined the strength according to the materials you are cutting.

Continuous Mode allows you to use it comfortably for extended periods of time, and best of all it will continue to operate even without pressing the button.

To operate Continuous Mode

• Hold the button on the handle 
• Press the button on the main body while you holding the handle button.

Using continuous operation mode helps a lot when doing detailed tasks that require frequent hand angle changes.

Policy

Make sure you wear safety gloves when using CtrlAX. Do not use this on hard materials, metal, or glass. If you slowly cut through hard materials with CtrlAX, you might damage the material with frictional heating. It is designed to be most suitable for cutting 0.12in-0.2in(3-5mm) plastics.

Risks and Challenges Since this project requires high technologies, there were countless attempts and obstacles that our team had to face. The whole process that we had to go through was quite tough, but so is our team! With every one of our team member’s efforts, we are now ready for mass production. Through our previous Indemand and Kickstarter experiences, we are confident in our ability to deliver a high value product to all of our backers on time. Nevertheless, natural disasters, delays in shipment, and other unexpected events may occur. Even though we are fully prepared, if there is any delay, we promise to keep our backers updated and informed about any issues and about the way in which we are solving them.
