The EXIT Fire’n’Go will be available in the United States, Canada, Europe(France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Netherlands) and Australia for now. We are still exploring the potential of expanding our sales to additional regions.

Our first batch of 500 units will begin shipping to the local warehouse in the United States in April and is expected to be delivered in June for local distribution. The second batch of products will be shipped to the warehouse in Europe and Canada in May and is expected to be delivered in July. The third batch of products will be shipped to the local warehouse in Australia in June. As soon as each batch of products reaches its respective overseas location, local distribution will promptly commence, and tracking numbers will be provided to customers.

We’ll cover customs fees for our backers. Due to the size and weight of the products, the shipping fees are relatively high. We’ve covered a big proportion for our backers and we will charge a shipping fee of $20-25. 

We offer two perks: the Standard Package, which includes a replaceable battery and a set of grill grates, and the Power Package, which includes an extra replaceable battery compared to the Standard Package. You can choose the perk that best suits your needs.

We have provided two perks for  backers to choose from. For our backers in need of more accessories, we have you covered. You will be prompted to select your desired add-ons after choosing your EXIT Fire’n‘Go. Each one will incur a $10 shipping fee. Please note that the add-on accessories will be shipped together with your grill, but in separate packages.
