Introducing H-B03, the perfect ultrasonic cutter for the perfect cutting job. With the 10-70μm oscillation amplitude and 40,000 vibrations per second (40 kHz) high frequency, H-B03 can effectively activate the molecular energy in the object and break up the molecular chains to cut through objects with ease. The rapid vibration can dramatically reduce the friction coefficient between the object and the blade, leading to an ultra-smooth cutting line.

H-B03’s ground-breaking ultrasonic technology completely solves the white stress mark issues when removing nub marks. It can easily tackle a variety of materials, especially 3D printed parts. The 3D printed parts and their supports can be easily separated without introducing stress or damaging the integrity of the part.

Traditional cutting requires a sharp blade to press against the material. When the pressure of the blade exceeds the shear strength of the material, the molecules chains at the cutting edge are forced to be torn apart.

H-B03 ultrasonic cutter uses an ultrasonic generator to convert the 50/60Hz input current to a 30/40kHz electric energy. The high frequency electric energy will then be converted to a mechanical oscillation with the same frequency. An ingenious amplitude modulator delivers this mind-boggling high frequency vibration through the cutting blade to the cutting area. The vibration energy can effectively activate the molecular energy in the object and break up the molecular chains to cut through objects with ease.
