    Haro380 is a collaboration between mechanical workshops, universities, and robotics labs across the United States. 

     

    All essential components such as joints, end effectors, and other parts that are meant for reliable operation, are proudly made in the USA.

    Thanks to Haro380’s innovative design that positions the 5th axis closer to the end-effector, it can reach up to 380mm from the center. The result is a large workspace envelope, despite its small height.

    At a mere 25cm in height and 3.5kg in weight, Haro380 is incredibly compact. Plus, its motor is only 4cm in diameter, which makes it perfect for any engineering project.

    Haro380 comes with high-performance harmonic reducers on all six robotic joints, controlled by a closed-loop control system. Boasting a jaw-dropping repeatability of 0.05mm, Haro380 allows you to perform precise and delicate tasks with ease.

    The closed-loop control system on Haro380 allows for a smooth motion of up to 500g payload at a high speed and higher accuracy than traditional systems. Furthermore, Haro380 is more dependable with its scalability and automation abilities.

    WLKATA Studio:

    • WLKATA Studio is a PC software that supports an array of WLKATA products, such as Haro380, Mirobot, E4, WLKATA Sliding Rail, and WLKATA Conveyor Belt.
    • The software offers multiple programming languages including G-code, graphical programming through Blockly, ‘teach and play’ (point teaching reappearance) and Python.
    • It supports switching between Angle control modeand Cartesian coordinate control mode. This makes it an ideal companion for users in robotics learning experiences.

    WLKATA LAB:

    • WLKATA Lab is a versatile mobile application, available on Android and iOS systems, tailored to work harmoniously with WLKATA products including Haro380, Mirobot, E4, WLKATA Sliding Rail, and WLKATA Conveyor Belt.

    WLKATA IOA:

    • WLKATA IOA Virtual Factory software is a robust tool that facilitates digital twin control of WLKATA robotic arms, including Haro380 and Mirobot, as well as over 100 robotic arms from other brands.
    • Equipped with a lot of virtual teach pendants from well-known brands, hundreds of 3D models, and ready-made factory scenes, WLKATA IOA streamlines robots imulations and catalyzes creative applications in robotic training and automation.

    Risks & Challenges

    This is our second project and we are confident in saying that we are already putting what we learnt from the previous project into good use. We have discussed the supply of necessary components in detail with our partner companies, and our process and production schedule for Haro380 is going smoothly.

    As with the first project, we are prepared for foreseeable risks during processing and assembly testing, we are mindful of the fact that unknown problems may emerge. That is why we have accounted for potential issues and difficulties that could arise within the timeline and promise to keep our backers informed of any complications and how they are being resolved.
