After quarantine ended, my work, health, and relationships deteriorated. Working 12-15 hours a day I’d pound coffee and then go out at the weekend. After a five-month cycle I burnt out. It was time for a change. I had to regain my physical and mental health.
After a 5-minute cold plunge in my DIY chest freezer, I felt clear headed, focused, happier, and more like myself. But why wasn’t I doing it everyday?
I realized I had no motivation with the thought of the dirty water, the uncomfortable metal, and the never ending maintenance and repairs.
My mechanical engineering master’s degree and experience designing gas turbine engines for Caterpillar Inc. helped me develop the first prototype. I soon become addicted to cold plunging and turned my life around.
Since starting Inergize Health, I’ve been off alcohol (which is hard for an Irish lad), and I’ve created a health conscious community around cold plunging in San Diego.

We have worked extremely hard to make this product ready for full-scale manufacturing and fulfillment, but here are what we see as the risks and our plan to assess them:
MANUFACTURING: The manufacturer is lined up, and we have quality assurance people on site during production.
FULFILLMENT: Sometimes things get a bit crazy and stuff happens that can’t be planned for: a supplier misses a deadline or a shipment gets lost. Those things could cause a delay. We are using an experienced logistics team to get our products to you. We’ll keep open and honest communication with you through our process so you know where your product is and when it’s going to get to you.
