Story

Who we are

The Irene Sargent Community Center is a family and faith-focused center that looks to provide a safe haven where the elderly and the young can come together at their leisure.  It is designed to bring our community together and make it a safe place for people to gather.  We are driven by doing what is right, fair and with the greater good in mind as it relates to our families and community. Our owners have first-hand knowledge and over 35-years’ experience in serving families and the community by caring for infants and children in an at-home daycare as well as personally committing their life and support to their elderly parents.

What We Need 

We are at the point of preparing to break ground but with any new development incurs a significant amount of fees that need satisfying to move the project along.

Here’s what we need surrounding the Architectural-Engineering Permit Plans:

  • Mechanical-Electrical Engineering>$9,000
  • Landscape Architect —————-> $4,200
  • Construction Phase Services —–> $8,000

  • TOTAL ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING FEE = $115,000

The Impact

Our mission is to provide quality, positive outreach assistance to local families along with significantly reducing or preventing our youth’s involvement in negative activities. We want to nourish the people of Kennedale by providing food programs, church services, AA programs, an immigration information program along with a host of other support and services. It is our goal to improve the overall general quality of life for all residents of Kennedale and surrounding areas.
