Para mi familia y para mi, los animales, el cuidado de la naturaleza y nuestra comunidad son muy importantes, por eso el proyecto de SAFER Dog System ha tomado tiempo en mejorarlo en su diseño, el cual cuenta con tramite de patente, y ha evolucionado con el fin de buscar un mejor funcionamiento, seguridad y ajuste cómodo para los perros y facilidad de uso para los dueños, logrando con esto que los paseos diarios los disfrutemos por igual con nuestras mascotas.

Para poder iniciar la producción del sistema ecológico, los principales y mas fuertes costos de producción son para comprar los moldes de inyección de plástico necesarios para fabricar los aros que soportan las bolsas. El segundo para la fabricación de las bolsas biodegradables que están diseñadas con características y medidas especificas para el optimo funcionamiento en el sistema ecológico SAFER y se requiere de un alto volumen para esta primer etapa, la ultima para los materiales como cinta, hilo, tela y herrajes para la creación de los sistemas ademas de la mano de obra y demás costos de producción. 

Este diseño consta de 4 partes fundamentales que son (1) la pechera , (2) el sistema de soporte , (3) el aro y (4) la bolsa. La pechera y sistema (1,2) están hecho de cinta de nylon de alta calidad que tiene un diseño cómodo y fácil de usar y ajustar a las diferentes medidas y tallas de nuestros perros y que ofrezca seguridad y resistencia para los perros.

La tercer parte del sistema ecológico es el aro (3), el cual tiene un diseño con un angulo especifico y una forma oval que nos ofrece una mayor apertura de la bolsa (4) donde caen los desechos sólidos de los perros, evitando con esto la desagradable sensación y el mal olor cada vez que tenemos que recogerlos del piso ya sea con una bolsa o cualquier otro método que empleemos.

For my family and me, animals and the care of our environment and nature are very important, that is why the SAFER Dog System project has taken time to perfect its design, which has a patent process, and has evolved in order to seek better performance, safety and a comfortable fit for dogs and ease of use for owners, thereby ensuring that we enjoy daily walks equally with our pets.

In order to start the production of the ecological system, the main and heaviest production costs are to buy the plastic injection molds necessary to manufacture the rings that support the bags. The second for the manufacture of biodegradable bags that are designed with specific characteristics and measures for optimal operation in the SAFER ecological system and a high volume is required for this first stage, the last for materials such as tape, thread, fabric and hardware for the creation of the systems in addition to labor and other production costs.

This design consists of 4 fundamental parts that are (1) the bib, (2) the support system, (3) the ring and (4) the bag. The bib and system (1,2) are made of high-quality nylon webbing that has a comfortable and easy-to-use design and adjusts to the different measurements and sizes of our dogs, offering safety and resistance for dogs.

The third part of the ecological system is the ring (3), which has a design with a specific angle and an oval shape that offers us a greater opening of the bag (4) where the solid waste of the dogs falls, avoiding with this the unpleasant feeling and the bad smell every time we have to pick them up from the floor either with a bag or any other method we use.
