Please pay attention that shipping costs are not included in the pledge amount and will be charged after the Shell Well campaign ends. We will collect backers’ delivery information through the “Pledge Manager” before shipping to ensure the rewards make it to your current address.

TAXES

Taxes, as well as shipping costs, are not included in the pledge amount and will be charged after the campaign ends based on the location where the reward will be shipped.

We made an effort to make the process simpler for pledgers, when possible. For the following countries, taxes, except for VAT, will be collected before shipping, which means there will be no need to pay any extra fees:

* European Union countries: Only VAT taxes apply.

* Other Countries: No taxes will be charged before the shipping. Please pay attention that you may be charged VAT/GST taxes, sales tax, import fees, duties, or other taxes/fees in the delivery country.
