SHIPPING POLICY

When completing the backer survey, It is critical that you enter your correct, valid address when placing your order. If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don’t get it because you’re not there, wrong address or moved without notifying us, and the package returns back to our warehouse, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.

Risks and Challenges

We have successfully delivered 2 crowdfunding projects. We have already finalised a world class manufacturer for the jigsaw puzzles. If there are any delays with manufacturing or shipping due to global pandemic problems, we will be transparent in our communications and update you regularly. Having said that, due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different regions of the world may receive their rewards sooner than others. We’ve done our best to minimize this as much as possible.
