Este segundo libro de K’u’uk impreso  en papel cultural de 90 gramos, pasta dura y 612 paginas, comprende 10 menus degustación y 2 menus a la carta, además de muchas vivencias e historias en torno a la evolucion de nuestro restaurante en Yucatán. 

K’u’uk fué fundado en el año 2012 y, al día de hoy, es el restaurante más galardonado de el Estado, uno de los más reconocidos en México y, sin lugar a duda, uno de los técnologicamente más avanzados del mundo conjuntando vanguardia y tradiciones mayas. 

Los fondos que se recuaden servirán para imprimir copias del libro evolución k’u’uk – edicion en español. 

La pandemia del Covid-19 nos afecto muy fuerte y tuvimos que detener algunos proyectos como lo fué la impresión de este libro y que hoy, con mucha alegría, estamos retomando.

The book K’u’uk Evolución – Spanish Edition- hardcover will have 612 pages printed in a 90 grams cultural paper.

It includes recipes of 10 different tasting menus and 2 à la carte menus, in addition to many experiences and stories around the evolution of our restaurant in Yucatan. 

 K’u’uk was founded in 2012 and, to this day, it is the most awarded restaurant in the Yucatan state, one of the most recognized in Mexico and, without a doubt, one of the most technologically advanced in the world combining avant-garde techiques with Mayan traditional cooking. 

The funds raised here at Kickstarter will be used to print all the copies needed to fulfill the selling demand. 

The Covid-19 pandemic affected us and all at the restaurant industry, that‘s why we needed to put aside some of our proyects, like this marvelous book, and now with a lot of joy we are ready to finish the edition and share it with everybody.
