Our CHASE-A-LOT device is made to sync your young active dogs schedule with your own busy schedule. Developed for dog lovers by dog lovers. We look forward to your consideration and support. 

The CHASE-A-LOT is an at-home exercise tool for times you are away. We created CHASE-A-LOT partially based on the S-E-T principle (socialization, exercise and training) designed by Elly Rivera, who has a Master’s degree in animal behavior. One of her principles is that you need to sync your schedule with your dog. You are busy all day and so should your dog. Most dogs sleep while you are away. By the time you get home, your dog will be well rested and ready to play. Unfortunately you are not. A well exercised dog is prone to listen better. Makes training easier and so on. 

The CHASE-A-LOT uses sound emitting cubes that pique the interest of your pup when you are away. These cubes are placed in different areas of your home to keep your pup exercising throughout the day. These times can be scheduled through our App. Our motion sensing identify when your pup arrives at one cube and triggers another cube to activate, sending your dog on a chase! 

When you come home from a long day, your pup’s energy levels will be reduced and allow for more quality play time with your pup and family.

Dogs comes every time. Once you schedule for the days activities via the Chase-A-Lot App. Your dogs will go to one CAL to another. Once your pup comes close to one the next one will go off. HISTORY:

Jan 2018 – Concept of CHASE-A-LOT was developed

June 2018 – The initial proof of concept was tested and R&D was started

Dec 2019 – Spartan Dog Corporation was formed – This included the main team

March 2020 – We did not let COVID slow us down, woof woof…

April 2020 – First working models was developed

May 2020 – Production cost finalized and manufacturing partnerships were made.

July 2020 – Second round of the programing and app development was finished. FInal product design was completed

August 2020 – Ready to launch Kickstarter and start first round of mass production 

DEVELOPMENT of the CHASE-A-LOT:

Disclosure: All images are of prototypes of working demos. Final product will be much more refined. Current phase of development is using prototyping hardware.  Final product will maintain the same functionality, requiring additional development using sourced hardware.  Kickstarter funding will be used to initiate the manufacturing process and ultimately select those components. App is currently web based and communicates with devices locally.

We have gone through several designs of the Chase-A-Lot cube and are still refining the final product. Anyone who backs us will be a part of that design process. We want our users to be a community and communities communicate and engage through helpful feedback. This is a passion project and we hope your backing can propel us to making the lives of all dogs better.

OUR TEAM:

Spartan Dog Corporation currently consist of about 8 team members. Each hold expertises from dog behavior, finance, technology, marketing, product development, business development and much more. Most importantly WE LOVE DOGS!!!

STRETCH GOAL: 

$300,000 – If we reach this goal we will be able to develop a cloud service to interact with your CHASE-A-LOT remotely. We also like to develop a battery powered version for indoor and outdoor use. You will also be able to upload your dogs activity statistics for accurate weight tracking and even vet services.
