Short Summary

The Universal Network is a one-stop platform for all things community that singlehandedly remedies all the harm brought to communities from platforms like Uber, Doordash, and Facebook. The platform is a stomping grounds for next-generation worldwide connectivity that enables users to immersively discover the globe and utilize our smart matchmaking system (SMS) to instantly get matched with people, things to do, and places most compatible to the user’s profile and what they’re looking for. Once users find a match they can seamlessly make their way over there or anywhere they please through the platform’s epi-center, instatransit. The Universal Network also extends to organizations as a decentralized satellite location to conduct and manage their business digitally. 

• Gig worker(contract drivers-i.e. Uber and Doordash drivers) mistreatment is made a thing of the past as each of ours retains 100% (>25% more than the industry average)  commission, freedom to work as they please, and the ability to select all their gigs
• Similarly, merchants & service providers avoid commission fees (typically platforms undercut 10-30% in commission)  restoring profitability for them and eliminating platform up charging 
• Users can book on-demand customizable ride-share, package delivery, and charter transportation
• The platform will eventually offer a commission-free live event marketplace tied in with instatransit, a mobile health care facility, and AR GPS routing
• At full-scale the platform will become a Web 3 super highway enabling DEFI, entry to the metaverse, and next-gen encryption 

Funding 

The Pool team is closing in on the development of the platform and with your help, we can get there faster and more efficiently. Each dollar made allows us to pay for each of the legal compliances and licenses necessary to operate our business as well as expand our team to bring in more engineers and developers. We have no cap on the money we’re looking to raise, but we’d be thrilled to reach our goal of  $100K in funding. No matter how much you invest you’ll receive 1-month of free premium access to the platform. We’re also open to negotiating equity investment deals for those looking to invest more than $25K. 

The Impact

As mentioned earlier, the platform eliminates commission fees to merchants and gig workers thus empowering small business sustainability and equity for gig workers. The nature of our economics also extinguishes the intensity of inflation through our non-dynamic flat rate instatransit pricing as well as our elimination of commission fees. Above all the platform is syncing the world together like never before by giving everyone a place to effortlessly discover and get connected with their best matches. 

Risks & Challenges

Despite how revolutionary and unprecedented The Universal Network is, it’s unproven. The platform hasn’t been launched at any scale so all calculations of success are merely just predictions. There are many factors that can sway the success or failure of The Universal Network that can’t be fully measured until the platform is launched. Furthermore, each of our biggest competitors are corporate giants with billions in revenue, investments, and customers which may delay or derail our quest to dethrone them. Fortunately, the platform is almost fully developed so with just an accumulation of resources it can be tested and launched. Due to how uncertain the market is and how few signs there are for a return to glory the timing for launch is impeccable. Lastly, despite the continued success of each of our competitors, both are suffering from dramatic dissatisfaction from their customers/users.
