The Moonside team has extensive experience and resources in consumer electronics innovation and manufacturing. Since the beginning of our journey, we have shipped thousands of Moonside Lamp Ones around the world (Thank you to our lovely users!). We all have learned a lot, especially over the past year from the global supply chain disruption. The Moonside Neon Lighthouse has just completed the pre-production run successfully which means all major toolings and developments are already well finished. It is safe to say that we are now more confident than ever in bringing this awesome project to life, and we will ship the Moonside Neon Lighthouse to our backers both on time and with ensured quality.

We are sure that a lot of you guys have heard about global chip storage and supply chain issues caused by COVID-19. To avoid this problem early on, we have been stocking all the key components of our products to secure a safe level of inventory. Therefore, our manufacturing timeline is not impacted by those issues.

We have shipped to more than 30 different countries and are very experienced in global shipping. We have been working with reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, 4PX, Canada Post, Australia Post, Hermes, Yodel, and more. You will be able to track the entire shipping process of your package once they are shipped out from our warehouse.

Please note that since the COVID-19 is still an ongoing global pandemic, there could still be unexpected situations such as mandatory lockdowns imposed by the government, etc. While we do not expect to see any major disruptions will likely happen in the near future, such uncontrollable circumstances (if do happen) would have some impacts on the manufacturing and shipping process. But we are prepared to minimize the impact of such possible risk.
