According to our latest test results, the audio latency gets around 200ms under normal music mode, and hits as low as 50-60ms in game mode. 

In this section, we test the sound leakage with and without the speaker pads at 100% volume level. In most real life cases in quiet surroundings, 30-50% volume will be sufficient.

On the decibel scale, the level increase of 10 means that a sound is actually 10 times more intense, or powerful. From our test, it shows the speaker pads can reduce sound leakage by around 3-5 decibels.

In this video, we activate “Voice recording function via Bluetooth device” on a Google Pixel 4A (Android 11) to conduct sound recording via the glasses to see how well the microphones take sounds. Let’s hear the final audio recording to check out.

Before proceeding to mass production as our next plan following this campaign, we want to ensure each pair of smart eyewear is quality built and engineered with reliable performance. Here’s the details and report of the various testing methods we’ve conducted with the product. 

To achieve IP67 water resistance and ensure the product’s durability coping with common challenges such as sweat, rain, or dust wear, we have tried and tested different sealing methods. In the end, we decided to apply hot-melt adhesive that was proved with the best sealing performance, achieving neat and tight covering of each temple in a sleek manner as desired.
